Golf club and ball on a practice surface

The facility

A private studio for a year-round game.

Multiple simulator bays and a short-game environment built to the standard serious players expect — closer to TGL than to a rec-room screen.

Simulators

Several bays. One standard.

The simulator studio is designed for instruction and deliberate practice. Multiple bays keep members working while lessons run. Launch data, ball flight, and a quiet room so the work can be precise.

  • Tour-grade measurement for full swing and scoring clubs
  • Private bays for members and reserved instruction
  • Year-round rehearsal when the course is closed or the light is gone

Short game

Built to rival the TGL virtual-golf standard.

Scoring is decided inside 100 yards. The short-game facility is a high-end studio for chips, pitches, bunkers, and putting — surfaces and sightlines that make practice transfer to the course. The brief is simple: match the presence of a TGL-caliber setup, then keep it available every day of the year.

Members use the building when they need it. The faculty uses it to teach. That is the entire design.
